In Ontario, an owner can restrict access to a cabin owned legally?

I have two booths at all stations were held in a private park, but the land was sold to someone as a private residence. The new owner has blocked access to tell me that the buildings will be charged with trespassing. The property was posted as such. The situation is currently under review by the LTB, but his attorney canceled the review a decision on the status of residence "And yet I can not go on the property.

You did not consult any contract you have. You will need a lawyer. In what sense do you have these huts and in what circumstances? Usually, the booths if you own (which are properties) no person may sell Sub (the land can be another story), but not I think he could be charged with trespassing. Have you not allowed to enter their own buildings?
