Things to do in Kansas City?

I go to the United States and Kansas City, Missouri, on vacation this summer, and I have some questions people local or any other person who was there at some point. 1. What kind of sites you want for all of us to Kansas City? What sights of this city have made it worth visiting? 2. How is the kitchen? What kind of food they find there? Are there restaurants / cafes etc that detour? How a dinner at a restaurant career average? 3. What are the prices of alcohol? How does a glass of beer or a drink (whiskey, gin and tonics, etc) get lost in the city? Are there any good bars / pubs worth visiting? Is there a local liquor / beer that we should think about the acquisition? 4. What kind of night life in Kansas City?
