I have a 2001 Lincoln LS v8. Why does it sway a lot.?

If it is at all windy or if the road isn’t completely flat the car feels like it is fishtailing. I found a little slop on an adjustable rod on both rear wheels. Also the sway bar is not straight from side to side, it has about a 30 degree bend at the center. Is the bend in the sway bar supposed to be there? Second, what are these adjustable rods called and could these be the problem?

If it sways more than normal than the alignment is off get a Total 4 wheel alignment, the sway bar will have a bend in it to stiffen it up, all do. The adjusment rods is for setting the toe on the alignment.
