Good place to eat for birthday in Richmond?
My 25th birthday is coming up and I will be going out with 4 of my close friends. We live in Richmond, Va and we’re looking for somewhere to eat that is fancier than our usual Applebee’s/BWW outings but that won’t put holes in out pockets. For example, we were looking to go to The Melting Pot, but the bill would be $300 or more. I need help finding something slightly less than that but not as cheap as Chili’s or places like that. Any ideas? Something hip, with a good bar and nice atmosphere, close to downtown because we live on the Southside and *hate* Short Pump with a passion
