I have just found out that my boyfriend’s best female friend was once a stripper??!!?

My boyfriend and I have been together for nearly 9 years. We recently travelled across another state to spend 2 weeks with his best female friend, Davina, and her husband and 4 children. They are a clean, upstanding family and so are their parents. I am from a very good background myself. However, I have just discovered, by chance, that when my boyfriend first met Davina, about 15 years ago, it was through a stripclub. Up until now I knew the name of the club she worked at, and thought it was an ordinary nightclub, and that she was a barmaid. Today I found out it is actually a stripclub and that Davina was working as a stripper. I am not sure how to handle this one. The thought that my white-collar working boyfriend was mingling with these unsavoury types. He is aware that I now know of this, but we have not discussed it yet as he ran out the door to his high paid high flying office job. He will be home soon. I am so disappointed. Any suggestions?

she ‘WAS’ a stripper but now a wife and a mother, why are you so upset? she might have done it out of no/bad choice but most importantly, it’s all the past! in life people make mistakes, i did. do you? i hope you will not wreck your relationship with your bf over this.
