Evening out in Brighton – any recommendations for bars/clubs/restaurants?

Hi!

A few of my girlie friends and I are going to Brighton for a weekend at the end of the month. Can anyone recommend any good cocktail bars and nightclubs (with cheesy music)? Also if you know any good restaurants, I’d love to hear your thoughts of those too.
