Travel to Orlando … FL Need Info.?

I can travel to Orlando, FL for business and leisure in July 2008. If I had to take public transportation Orlando International Airport to the city which is near the bus? Since it is the weekend, I'd go to the gay club / disco, therefore, place is the gay neighborhood in Orlando? What recommended hotel to stay, not necessarily easy, because gay "I can easily blend into any environment? is that my company is in the center of the city, still preferred to stay in the neighborhood Gay. Thorton Park neighborhood (centered in Washington and Summerlin) is full of pubs, restaurants and shops and is also near a gay neighborhood like us, but not exclusively gay. The Veranda Bed & Breakfast Eola Inn is located in this area. The Grand Bohemian Embassy Suites and only a few blocks. Every few minutes walk from the Central Business District.
