Looking for a hookah bar in New Jersey (Bergen County)?

I’ve been looking for a hookah bar in northern New Jersey
I live in Bergen County if that helps.

Basically the ones I’ve tried visiting have been 21+ and since I’m 19 I can’t find any good places that don’t also sell alcohol which would restrict me from entering.

I’m willing to go into the city to check out some good bars as well.
