IM VISITING HOUSTON PLEASE RESPOND?
me and my boyfriend are planning a trip to houston in mid to late april. im so lost because after many hours of searching to my dismay im still fustrated and undecided abou this trip. first hotel, i can get a discount with marriott hotels im kind of picky though i want to stay in the downtown area but i want a newer modeled or newly renovated hotel becasue i hate old hotels i would prefer a balcony so i can view the city but it’s not neccesary. any marriott suggestions??? second i don’t know what we can do he’s 24 and im 20 is there any nightclubs we can go to? also were black so what does the the urban community do NOT GHETTO!!! is there anythigs else interesting we can do during the day?also were are some good places to eat we love to eat were from savannah so we really don’t wnt to eat the same things we can get at home.
As far as Marriott hotels in that area, there is the one near the convention center. If you want one in a area near downtown but is nicer and close to great restaurants and shopping, try the Marriott West Loop, near the Houston Galleria. As for night clubs, check out HUSH, or see what’s going on at www.inDmix.com. I stayed at a Marriott outside of town, north, in the Woodlands, though I found several options by searching Marriott.com and checking what they have in Houston.
