Local Night Clubs

Any ideas for UK locations for a group of 30 year olds at New Years?

My friends and I live near Bristol and we’re getting bored of the same old same old for new years. We’re looking to rent a cottage somewhere (preferably in Norfolk, Devon or Cornwall) that does a bit of a celebration. So were looking for ideas on location before we get a cottage booked. We are a bit old for the nightclub sort of thing so just a relaxed street party of anything like that.
