Cardif always has a lot going for it any night out.
As for parking, there are NCP spots all around the city, but you can avoid them by going into one of the smaller car parks around the city. personal best tip would be to find public parking just outside the main centre (try the student area’s) there’s always a free spot somewhere and only a short walk to town.
