Wheres good to go in London, nightclubs in leicester square?

Its my birthday soon and am thinking of heading to London but its been ages since I last went on a night out. Something thats really wicked with good music all sorts of music whatever

Don’t go to Leicester Square, the clubs are terrible and over priced to bbot.

Depends what you want really.

If you like rock/indie, try the roadhouse (Covent Garden), Scala (Kings Cross)

For pop/dance: koko (Camden), popstarz (http://www.popstarz.org/popzmini/ – New oxford Street at The Den – formerly the End), G-A-Y (Goslett yard, off charing cross road)

For house: Fire (vauxhall), Egg (kings Cross), the Church (camden – Kentish Town tube)

If money is no object: Mahiki is awesome (Dover Street)
