what steps can I take in opening up a nightclub/lounge..?
I currently reside in Northern San diego County, and the area im in only has like 1 club(a hole in the wall) and 4 bars, I would like to open up a nightclub/Lounge very similar to the east coast..I have 40 thousand dollars in the bank..and please no smart a$$ answers..thank you
well in PA you need a liqueur license, they only have so many per county. and they are very expensive. then you have zoning laws. and insurance. First thing I would do is get an attorney.(business) you have to have a place to put one. Go to your local courthouse and tell them what you want to do and what the laws are concerning that. they should send you to the right department and /or give you info.
