I am seriously worried about my boyfriend..need advice?
To paint you a picture. I am 23 (Female) and live in Manchester with my boyfriend who is 22. We have known each other for four years.
We both come from very large close knit families and have a very happy life together. I am a nurse and he owns several businesses with his father including restaurants, gyms and nightclubs.
He has an extremly busy life style and is always at meetings and being rang up in the eraly hours of the morning and having to dash off to sort a problem. He is extremly ambitious and motivated.

Recently I have noticed some changes in him. He has become quite withdrawn and seems to be moody which is really not like him. He also is eating less and is definatly losing weight. The things that worries me most was I found some antidepressants which when I asked hima bout he just said it wasnt a big deal. Also next year his father is thinking of retiring so he will be soly in charge
Hey its possible that your bf is suffering from some depression or anxiety.
You asked & he doesn’t want to tell you–so ask in another day or so.
Also if he’s going to be in charge, let him know how you can help out–ie making sure he has a meal to come home to or his laundry or etc…I know you are busy too. Suggest you 2 hire a cleaning service that you can do.
Also suggest that he “let you in” emotionally so you can help him take the stress off from the day.
Another way is after you successfully seduce him b/c we all Know that THAT destresses them!! lol (hey its true)…then TALK.
