Is it worth to go to Qatar in weekend?

I’m not asking to compare between Qatar and another countries. by the way, I like Coffee shops, romance restaurants, nightclubs, anywhere the have shisha, spa, cinema and special events. Is there all of these things and more or not?

Guide me there. I’m going there from Saudi Arabia by car. So how long it will take to get there, let say from Dammam.
