Local Night Clubs
Your guide to the hottest hangouts around town.
What is there to do for fun in Portland, Maine? Any good restaurants or nightclubs? Boating trips, etc.??
The Cat is not up yet- will start this summer.
I work in Portland- summer is great. The Old Port area has lots of restaurants, shopping, and bars and nightclubs.
Restaurants- try Fore Street, Cinque Terre, Davids, Yosaku (sushi) or Pepper Grill for dinner. Lunch- try Drydock, RiRa’s, Granny’s Burritos, Portland Pie, or Gritty’s.
Bars- Blues Club, Rira, Gritty’s, 3 Dollar Dewey’s, and Diggers (dancing.) are some of my faves. Late night pizza at Bills and Greasy post bar breakfast at Becky’s Diner the next day.
The ferry runs to the Casco Bay islands all day. There are tons of tours, whale watches, and sailing lessons.
Come on up- summertime= toursim revenue for us!
