Which protein bars give best results?

I am into lifting weights, wrestling, football, discuss, and shot put.

Most protein bars are too processed for my taste. I recommend nuts and nut butters; almonds, cashews, and pistacios are really good and good for your body: lots of protein, fiber, and good fat.
Protein bars usually have a lot of added sugar or artificial sweetners with little fiber, and they are usually pretty expensive. Trader Joe’s sells big bags of nuts for reasonable prices. Carry a little baggie of nuts to your work-outs or eat some peanut butter on wheat crackers before hand and you will have more energy during your work-out.
