Confused, he was a total loss? Exercise and eat! Please help confused?!?
right i started an aerobics class this afternoon for an hour and it was fun and a good workout, I was not hungry after that, when my mother asked what I ate today, she said if you eat better if I do something I'll gain weight >??!? something to do with your body thinks there's a kind of hunger today -!?!? —— Breakfast orange and oatmeal walked to school (30 minutes) Lunch – Ham and salad sandwich, banana, orange, hot and bar marshmellow?! mini square chedders walked home – about 30 minutes of 530 tea, salad, garlic bread and a bowl of SPAG with lots of vegetables per hour. Then I had an aerobics class. I got home and then My mother says it only has some Coco Pops, I thought better safe than sorry?! Anyway, for the future, what should I do?! Do I need eat or not, I was not hungry, but do not want to gain weight?! ps I have 15 years of age, 140 pounds and 5 feet 7.
This is a good idea to have a little protein after exercise – Coco Pops are not the best for you – next time scrambled eggs or grilled chicken instead – that will help convert fat into muscle – Muscle can be heavier than fat, but it is also smaller and more muscle you have the more calories you burn, even when you are sitting doing nothing for a clearer definition of fat!
