I’ve got a job in Framingham MA, where should I live?
Could anyone help me please. I’ve recently got a job at Framingham MA. The problem is, I dont drive and i’ve checked that framingham train station is about 5 miles away from my office so I cant even walk. I dont want to live in Framingham. I am 26 and have recently moved here from England. I want to live somewhere where I can go for food, pubs and nightclubs. Is it good to live in Cambridge? or anywhere which has a good night life but not as busy as Boston!! I’ve also been told that people share a ride to go to work. How does that work? Where can I get more info? Cheers.

From the station, take a taxi. Tommy’s Taxi is most popular or plan your arrival so a co worker can pick you up on their way to work. Depending on how well you job pays you may even look into Newton or Wellselly but they can run a little on the pricey side.

Boston Pack and Ship Donates Boxes and Packing Supplies for 4th of July Supply Drive for U.s. Troops
Among the items donated by Boston Pack and Ship are:

? 100-foot roll of small bubble wrap
? 6 rolls of tape
? 25 pounds of white news packing paper
“It’s the kind of thing when you hear about it, you want to join in and participate,” said Bill Yankee, co-owner of Boston Pack and Ship. “When I received the letter from Senator Morrissey and Representative Ayers about making a donation, I couldn’t get to the phone quick enough.”
Sen. Michael Morrissey and Rep. Bruce Ayers’s role in the effort is making sure supplies get to any and all local troops serving overseas. You can call either’s office, Senator Morrissey at 617-722-1494 or Representative Ayers’ at 617-722-2230, with contact information of local servicemen to ensure these care packages reach them.
As for supplies badly needed by our troops, the list includes: postage money, Cup-o-Soup, Chunky Soup, pretzels, raisins, granola Bars, crossword puzzles, Rice Krispies Treats, flashlights, tuna fish in packets, peanut butter, jelly, Twizzlers, Chex Mix, multi vitamins, beef jerky, body wash, batteries, footballs, powdered drink mixes, tissues, tea bags, Haribo Gold Gummi Bears, Mach 3 razors, stick deodorant, shampoo condition, trail mixes, hairbrushes/combs, windshield cleaner, ear swabs, mouthwash, disposable wipes, nail clippers, international phone cards, plain white boot socks, magazines/books, toilet paper, gloves, hometown clothing, T-shirts, long johns, soccer balls (deflated to give to Iraqui/Afghan children while on patrol), letters of encouragement, Crystal Light ‘”On-the Go” individual drink packets.
Prior to the parade, donations are being accepted at the Nickerson American Legion Post, 20 Moon Island Road in Squantum from June 28 to July 3, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monetary donations are also being accepted to help defray the shipping costs. Checks can be made payable to: Robert I. Nickerson Post Troop Fund, 20 Moon Island Road, Squantum, MA 02171.
“The fourth of July is a day of celebration, sure, but also a time to show your patriotism. We encourage all South Shore citizens to show their patriotism and help out this very worthy donation drive,” said Yankee.

What are the good nightclubs MA New England? 18 +?
Me and my friend wants to go to a nightclub .. but all who find online Boston gay! It sucks that they have very good DJ's also like Benny Benassi and Oakenfeld Paul. So yes, nobody knows all the dance clubs that play techno? Techno is not just about 18 teams + hot =)

I'm a half hour from Boston and 20 minutes Providence. id rather go to Providence at any time. its all on one street in one place at large, clean and with less slippage, and you're not gay clubs. I know when I was younger of some places in Saugus, MA. You should check out some of their stuff up there. Due to the teen violence they are pretty much ending all the under 18 stuff ( and a lot of under 21). The insurance for these issues the owners of these businesses don’t think its worth paying for.

I’m visitng Boston, and I was looking for some casual places that are gay-friendly to take my girlfriend.?
Any suggestions? I need a resturaunt, a lounge/bar, and possibly a nightclub.
Does anyone suggest a romantic place that I could take her perhaps?
It really depends on where you’re staying. You can’t go wrong in and around the South End, though, which is just a short walk from Back Bay Station (exit the main door of the station and turn left) – especially if you walk down to Tremont Street. A few standouts are Flash’s, a martini-bar-slash-restaurant, located at 312 Stuart Street (flashscocktails.com), Francesca’s Cafe at 564 Tremont Street (great for coffee or a quick bite), and Delux at 100 Chandler Street for a funky vibe with a fun bar and amazing food. Club Cafe at 209 Columbus Avenue is a good lounge with a mixed crowd; they also serve food, though it can be a bit pricey.
To address your followup question – a walk through the Public Garden can be very romantic – especially in the spring and summer – and it’s a stone’s throw from the South End… just keep walking downtown on Columbus Ave and it’s about 3 blocks past Club Cafe. You could also take a stroll down the Charles River, though that’s a little farther away.
