It is very possible. Think in countries like Iran, Iraq, Morocco, Afghanistan, Mecca, Medina, Egypt, or in any Muslim country. All these countries were free, but since the Islam took over only to see it now. People are not willing to accept that Muslims are perhaps due to overconfidence or something. They have a method foolproof way to take over the world and the method is death to non-Muslims breed like rats and as you see yourself in a non-Muslim country and enjoy their democracy. Cost depends on a number of variables. You don’t say what the materials are. All aluminum? Do you need it blasted first? Flat black works very well. I wouldn’t spend over $200 for what you want, at the outside. I’ve had one done here (frame only) for under $100, including blasting.
Most powder coaters in my area (Atlanta) run batches and will give you a price break when they are running, for example, a lot of flat black. If you’re not waiting for a deal like this then expect a 2 to 4 day turnaround.
